Chilly is like any normal Snover, but his hands are somewhat-blue. And his belly is a lighter green.
Powers[]
He has many snow attacks. Mostly, a hail happens when he's around, however, he learned to control it. Like Marx, he also has the power to cause roots to come from the ground.
